Its definitely in City’s interests for Liverpool to progress in the Champions League. More games of course, but I’d also really fancy us over two legs if we got them again. We’ve well outplayed them twice this season already and also for 75%+ of last year’s ties.

We could be a victim of our own success in that Fixture congestion could cost us the league this year and if they go out we could have twice as many games over the next couple of months. Anything which levels the playing field helps.

Surely if Livepool go out and have all their eggs in 1 basket, then their arses will really start to twitch.
Bloody hell they couldn't handle the pressure of being 7 points clear.

I disagree, I want them to get twatted by Bayern as I think mentally it would finish them off.
