O course, all these points occur from time to time but why not just enjoy the ride? If we don't win a trophy this season then sure, we can debate why but don't you relish the excitement where every single game is do or die and can be an emotional roller-coaster? When we play well we are an incredible team. You remind me of a mate of mine who is a rag and always having a go at Fergusn slagging him off as they won trophy after trophy. I thought he was mad.........or just on a sophisticated wind up!

Not exactly Pep's fault.
We have an XG of 2.12 and are averaging 2.3 goals per game.
We have, by far, the best goals against and XG against. But every team's tactics will, by definition, create vulnerabilities - there is no way of pressing high without also losing some space behind you.
That's not their role anymore.
He's picked for his positional play and passing, our game isn't based on pace it's based on control.
If the plan is working he trusts his players.

The only one that is possible to agree with is no striker. Well we tried to get one we wanted and didn't so are waiting until a striker we want is available,hopefully this summer,. Not only is that not Peps fault, he's doing a pretty good job of making it work without one. The rest is just nonsense.
 
Let's see how the Dippers react when we beat them at the Etihad.
I feel just like a boxer taking a count from a heavy shot, they will be vulnerable from another while on shaky legs

Vulnerablity to ball over the top, well the way we play yes, yet goals against show it's less detrimental than any other teams vulnerabilities.

Lack of pack through the team we have it where we need it, we play packed defences ,patience is key.
Substitutions ,don't know never compared ours toother teams.

All of which has led over he last 6 years to the most points ,most goals, least conceded ,Most possesion, most trophies, than any other premier league team, probably in Europe.

Theres every chance I'm quite mad, but even in my madness Im not imagining these things.
Here's a couple more.
Why does it take 2 players to take a set piece?
Why do we never leave a player on the half way line when the opposition have a corner?
Sterling would be ideal for this.
My generation always fear the worst.

The point stands mate - your criticism of the post was unjustified and in fact broadly wrong. No-one is disputing we are very good side.
 
Who have we got who have pulled out of the internationals now? KDB and Ederson? Walker not called up.

The scouse also have a couple out ‘injured’. Robertson not yet joined up.

More than justified imo.Think you’ll find the poster often / almost always disputes we are a good side, and that Pep is a great manager. This was just another example of being wrong.
