Why we will win the league!

The Dippers really are hoping the derby game will be our downfall , but i have'nt been concerned about going to the Swamp for a decade or more our results in Trafford over the last few years have been exceptional , it might be a big derby game for the Rags ,but its just another team to knock over to win a title for Pep and our players , the Rags are irrelevant as rivals for trophies.

Man the fuck up.. some real fannies are on tonight..

I don't give a toss about their luck, refs, or any other BS..tired of excuses..

We fucked off 3 of our fixtures this season against average sides, it had nothing to do with them..

Pep is the only football manager with a 20+m a year salary, it's now time to prove why he's the best.

So stopped acting like a punch of pussies and get behind THE FUCKING CLUB!

I am sorry to say if we beat Spurs and go through this week then the league will be beyond us if we need to win all five fixtures. If we go out of Europe I would think we might well win all five. Despite Liverpool winning today and the entire world having decided they will win their remaining four fixtures I am not convinced.

Cardiff will be fighting for their lives and it would be just the kind of thing Warnock would thrive on putting a spanner in their works. Newcastle away will not be easy and I would not be surprised if they take points of Liverpool at SJP.

Its certainly going to be close but if Liverpool have CL semi against Barcelona it will make it more likely a slip in the league will come...in that respect we are the same.

I have said for some time that winning the Prem and the CL in the same season is now next to impossible for an English club, we will see how close we get but alas I am sorry to say I dont think we can prove me wrong this season.

The Dippers losing the title with 97 points and beating them in the Champs league final in Madrid would be poetic justice for all the bias the media and pundits have shown towards them , i will admit they are a decent competitive team , but we are the best team and by a country mile and about time we got a fair deal from all the knobheads in the media , if we win the quadruple they have nowhere to hide.
I'd rather play Barca in the final.

Ironically of the 3 games between palace, spurs and united I was most worried about the palace one. Barring the chelsea game earlier in the season which should've probably been over before kante's goal against the run of play, this side have stepped up every single time time for the big games this season. Of the 8 games so far against the big 6 the team has a record of 6 wins 1 draw and a loss that mahrez penalty miss coming in that draw with 18 goals scored against 5. In fact the team seem to perform better against united at their place than at home. I honestly believe this side will prove once again why they are centurions and on course for a quadruple like they did in the run of fixtures with arsenal, everton away and chelsea in the space of a week not long ago and went and dominated all three matches comfortably.

Imo the return of an inform de bruyne in these last stretch of games cannot be understated. He's comfortably the best player in the league not only because of his obvious quality but he has a workrate that almost surpasses that. I hope with him back pep goes back to the same formation and personnel as today with the two wide men of sane and sterling as I believe his absence played a part in pep opting to play with inside forwards more often this season. That setup has actually not been bad and is another outlet for this team to mix it up but the side with the two wide men with de bruyne and silva(any) is still the best suited and most comfortable for this squad. The team just seem to have more outlets and more of a threat in transition with it and there's no one in the league as good de bruyne in playing those passes in the transitioning phase of play and you can actually see sterling and sane tend to make more of those runs consistently whenever he's in the team compared to when he's not. Like I've always said only one team has looked in control and not looked to be affected at all by the pressures of the title race since the turn of the year and while anything is possible , my confidence in this side of getting the job done in addition with de bruyne's return has only grown as the season has gone on irrespective of what liverpool have done or will do.
Same here, today was the one I was worried about, especially sandwiched between 2 CL games.

Think by end of the month City doesn't drop any points, the title is firmly theirs.. Spurs is your biggest hurdle but if they are through to CL Semis, not sure what incentive they will have to get a result against you next week, with their top 4 all but confirmed..
