Why we will win the Premier League

Premier league myths number 64: David de Gea is shit.

He's simply not. If he was actually shit, United would never have signed him. He's not the finished article, but he's not another Massimo Taibi either.

The difference between the rags and City at the end of this season is going to depend a LOT more on the rest of the squads and the managers than it is on who has the best keeper.

Shited are out of the Europa League tonight, but NOT because of De Gea, and funny old thing, City ARE out despite Hart. Keepers aren't the be all and end all.
Contradiction?

To the author of the thread so you will win the league because United have an average keeper, that doesn't say much then about your confidence in your team. Do you not think it will have quite a lot to do with the £300m you've spent?

As for the De Gea,yes he's had some bad moments but since the Liverpool FA Cup game mistake he's been brilliant,He was Utd's player of the month & check out hos shot stopping, brilliant. He's not the finished article by any means but he's 19 & it's his 1st season in a foreign country so all at United are behind the lad

De Gea is 21 mate but your point still stands. He has looked pretty good recently and has been saving you points rather than costing them. I think he is adjusting well. If Utd win it which if I wasn't a Manc I may be putting money on I think the desire and experience of players like Giggs & Scholes are a big factor.

Enjoy the ride mate. Hopefully it will be close one way or the other. I'm praying after waiting a long time but at least we are challenging I should be grateful for that.

De Gea - shit
Evra - shit
Johnny Evans - shit
Viv Anderson - shit
Jones - a bit shit lately
Valencia - overrated shit
Scholes - old
Giggs - even older
Zidane-Cleverley - WTF?
Fabio - Even shitier than Savic

They're ahead of us - and likely to stay there...................so one manager is getting more from his 'shit' than the other is the only conclusion from your carefully studied analysis.

Premier League myths number 92: United don't sign shit players

United are a one man team. Without Alex Ferguson, they would be lingering in the shallows of mid-table mediocrity.

Sadly dont agree and think we have next to no chance of winning the league. Cant see any gamewhere utd will drop points apart from when they play us. Over the last 3 games we have been poor and playing Chelsea, Arsenal, Newcastle and even Norwich will see us drop points. Hope i am wrong, but there was so much wrong with tonights first half performance.

Been said a million time but did u expect the Rags to lose to Blackburn? Draw with Newcastle and lose to them? There is no way the Rags will win every game can't say where they will fuck up and that's why we have to take it 1 game at a time. Have faith :)

There was a common denominator in those games....an absent Rooney and a sulking Rooney.

If Rooney stays fit then they are favourites. He makes them tick and he is in form.

How can you say Valencia is shit ? if he played for us we would be 15 points clear, best winger in the league by a mile.

since when is de gea 19?! fool, i'm a city fan and even know he's 21..

bbbbut he's a season ticket holder and everything.

Makes me laugh when they call us bitter and small minded, first paragraph of first post and it's all ' you've spent 500 billion dollars' etc etc etc. Can't wait until we eclipse these cunts, we will see how many remain 'mancandproud'

At least you admit to being a red ****. Unlike the rest on this RAG infested forum. Even though you did fall into the sky tv version of your world. (Utd don't spend any money)
