Or he is just replacing Negredo, meaning we go again with 4 strikers. IMO 4 strikers is a bit overkill. We should "replace" Negredo with another attacking midfielder who can play on left wing also.

I am unsure. It is down to what he will be like after his injury. He has signed a new 4 year deal so we will not get completely shafted if we did decide to sell.

A very good player, a proven Prem striker and he would be a great buy.
Can't see it myself though as he is off to the ACON so won't be available till the second week in Feb.
He supposedly could play in the Champions league though as he hasn't played in European competition this season so maybe it is a goer.

Interestingly why are wages always added to fees City are prepared to pay by the press? Doesn't happen for other clubs. Strange that.
