His involvement in ACON, a £25-30m fee (which with the sales of Negrado and Nasty will add up) and the potential wages (which I don't believe the 200k). I just feel we could save this until the summer and chase either another very good if not world class player (Reuse etc.) or pay money for a homegrown talent. By whom exactly, the sun, daily mirror? Although I agree it is a likely destination it hasn't actually been confirmed yet. I'm not saying we will buy him just a player of that calibre. If he goes to Madrid that means someone there could be up for grabs. Dare I say Isco.
