Ultimately we will see a solution worked out between UEFA and this new Super League. Just a matter of time. As for points deduction, exclusion from league, Premier League can simply not afford that, these clubs are their entire brand. Will be interesting days ahead.

Don't know. How will it work, is it alongside other competitions or instead of some. will it have the backing of other bodies that don't want to lose the top clubs. So I can't decide whether or not I 'd go until I know exactly what it will be.
I am a bit confused on how this would fit in with all the other competitions that we take part in. Would the UCL be canned? Would we still take part in the domestic cups? And what about players? Two games a week throughout the season will need much bigger squads than currently allowed. Player transfer fees would sky rocket and they would be sucked out of clubs in other leagues thereby weakening them.
I don't like the concept.
Can anyone clarify how it will work?

Just a few words as the title really irks me I understand the frustration the annoyance etc etc but as someone who never really posts I don’t sign in unless big events league win my dad passing away 6years ago and that’s relevant because that’s when I stopped going to city not by choice but because I was a young Teenager who was angry and was a prick basically now I had my season ticket go because 1 I wasn’t trusted by my dad and after he passed away I forgot the details now you ask me I’d go to any game possible and as silly as it sound I can’t bear to step foot in the ground because of the emotions I’ve had with my dad in their it’s just overwhelming so when all you fannies with thousands of posts start being idiots just calm down coming form a 27year old blue enjoy the ride our owners know what they are doing and honestly it can not get worse than Stuart Pearce my point is this thread is wrongly titled simply put any city fan who supports Man City football club will make it to the game god willing sorry for the rant back to reading and not posting bye guys p.s karen7 haha your a boss :) don’t mean to ramble but after the confirmation of the super league all I can say is I’ll still support city try to get any steam I can to watch my boys in blue and honestly if it happens let’s wait and see the details I’m gutted not going to lie because we’re getting into bed with the tears who tried to get us kicked out of the group chat so to speak but what do the club do not one of us here really when an idea of the proposals etc etc we’re talking about clubs who hack cheat etc don’t put it past them to also say jump on board or face not being in it don’t be heard on our owners they have gifted all of us our best years I can say that now because of how much we have achieved and I really think a lot of blues forget how quickly we have become a giant of English football and in 2008 in balckley Manchester I screamed my lungs off that we were bought don’t forget where we were I don’t and I only experienced Stuart Pearce you poor old sods hahaha enjoy the ride blues no matter what we have Phil folden the golden boy he’s 21 btw 3 years older than the best player ever Bellingham (laughing emoji)

Mate, ever since 93:20 I've become a little less interested in top flight football because nothing will beat that for me - ever.

I watch more non-league football these days than actual City matches - as I've said previously, City are and always will be my first love, but 93:20 for me (personally) changed that,

My point was that there will always be an abundance of fans at clubs who can/will watch matches regardless

No coincidence is it,Real Madrid up to their Eyes in Debt.Rags no longer guaranteed top 4 every season,Candle Waivers also.

And right along comes this brain child from greedy American owners and bankrupt Spaniards.

A League where everyone is guaranteed a place, and no one is ever relegated.

The trophy at the end nothing more than a symbolic piece of shit for a pointless campaign, that literally results in nothing, every season you get to go again bwhaaaaaaaaaaa

Cool but I am actually Bosnians so no need for name calling like yanks or whatever. I was asking a question. Been on this forum a while and every cup match we have lot of posters that say we should do away with at least one cup.
OK you're a bosnian, living in the US, who has no clue about my club, I don't care how long you've been here, you sum up everything wrong with this proposal, by supporting it, you know nothing about english football.

Astonishing.

I've just read on our official site a prepared press statement for a competition that's run by a Glazer and Perez, the clown from Madrid.

And we signed up for it.

Gutted.
