Cleavers at the risk of being mocked (not by you I hasten to add) I will now confess that your posting brought the tears I was holding back until someone I trust and understand told me I was correct in my assumption! I haven’t shed them yet they are just there being held back by will power. :-(
Sorry about that EB, I'm quite angry about all this, I'll wait and see how the compromises work out, and there will have to be some, but even though I'm no fan of UEFA, the FA, or the PL organisations I hope they are strong, and tell us all to "do one or you won't play in any other competitions, national or international", and the players tell the clubs they will leave if they can't play in internationals (even though I despise them).

A terrible evening for football.

No love for UEFA. But they and the CL are finished.

Only Bayern, Dortmund, and PSG will keep the CL going. That's if they don't buckle under the weight of the money being offered to those 3 remaing clubs to join the 15.

What a shambles. Hope the Government doesn't have to get involved, could end up with Balls Up Boris as Chairman.
Makes me wonder when the players heard of this, some of them have been off their game the last couple of games, Sterling for one, always reliable, last couple of games not really there. No pun intended. Did Kevin DB hurt his ankle,or was he pissed off.
Maybe time to get a new signiture song for the club. Goodbye Cruel World (I'me off to joint the circus) could be a contender.

"We now go over to the presentation for the Coca Cola Best skill of the match award. The winner picks up a cheque for $10000 dollars."

"Welcome to Los Angeles for the European Super League. This is brought to you by *insert 50 sponsors*"

"Oh looks like the ball has gone out for a spot kick. We'll be right back after these messages"
You forgot the multi-ball 5 mins before half-time and goals counting double from outside the box.

If the PL remained I imagine many would stay on board? I just cannot see it being possible in any way. Thats the killer.

What a fucking mess. So Spurs can NEVER be relegated? Leipzig are possible founding members too? They’ve existing for 9 years and created to advertise an energy drink. Shit show, embarrassing in every way.

And the fucking Glazers who have sucked hundreds of millions from United are co-chairmen? How can you be impartial when Perez is the head of the thing?

This isn’t football, this is the Harlem globetrotters.
Reminds me of Kerry Packer's all star cricket tour in the 1970's
