It's never been more difficult to predict a City side than it is now.

Beyond Ederson and Aguero I don't know. I thought Kyle Walker was an automatic starter but seemingly not.

Suspect Sterling and Sane will come back in. I'm wondering whether Sane and Mendy can link together or whether it's one or the other. They both provide width in the City side. Sane has more goals in him, but Mendy's crossing is the best I have seen.
The thing is I don't care who starts anymore because our squad is full of quality players, what an unbelievable position to be in.

I'm still bemused by people wondering if Sané & Mendy can play together.

Loads of world class wingers have had rampaging fullbacks behind them which they've formed partnerships with. Sané has played loads of games on the right in Germany (in fact the season before he joined he almost exclusively played on the right) if Pep wants inverted wingers. One of the main features of Mendy's last 2 games has been his running inside, off his wing as in the build up to Jesus' goal on Sunday.

Why wouldn't they work together?

You could argue the partnership that just won four of the last five Champions Leagues is the best we've seen in recent times.

They worked together for a lovely goal against Liverpool, last season.
