I don't agree with that. Pep has resorted to a much more conservative game plan to get us over the line. It's not the old City returning, it's a much more inhibited City but one that is probably necessary. Might Rodri and Haaland's return change this?
The fixtures are difficult to read. Will Liverpool perform as usual, will Man Utd and Spurs be even worse? We are close, but we may need to beat Bournemouth at home straight after the Cup Final which is going to be a lot tougher than people think because Iraola plays a very high energy game.
I think we will have to beat Southampton away and then it will be a lot clearer as to what we have to do. We have a little breathing space whereas Chelsea and Villa are under pressure to win every game.
