To be fair, she's in the shittest bit of it.She's in Spain to attend to business issues - not a case of having enough of our crap Manc weather. It's Klopp's wife that hates it in the North West.

I take it your expectation is that we can get a Fern like for like replacement. I think you will have a long wait if so and imo, trying to compare different players is futile. He's not as good yet, as fern in that position especially when you have Silva and gundo in the mf with him.
He's not up to speed with the pace of the prem league yet.
Rodrigo been outstanding and without him we would be in a mess, he is been fantastic in every game i have watched
I doubt that many are having a pop at Pep, it's the frustration from seeing the team perform badly , as in Norwich and Wolves. There are certainly grounds for criticising the pairing of Gundogan and DS perhaps because we generally lack energy when they are paired together , and Ota is having a personal mare which is clear to see. Maybe it is time for Pep to use the likes of Foden , Garcia , Angelino to shake things up a bit ?
The injury situation is clearly having a big impact and serious errors from the likes of Ota are helping to add to the frustration . I can accept a defeat if we have played well , but the nature of the defeats at Norwich and Wolves were as a result of collective team failure , which we are no longer used to experiencing .
I think Pep talked about not being able to afford a CB - meaning FFP. To me, it looks like Cancelo was signed as a utility player (can play in both FB positions and midfield) and also to put pressure on others - FBs especially. He's a classy player, not known for pace but great technical ability. In other words, Kyle has to be at his very best or Cancelo comes in. Cancelo looks like an upgrade on Danilo - who I thought was decent. Not sure FFP is the reason. For me we signed a right back when we didn’t really need one.
The real surprise for me was the continual aimless floated crosses into the box. That's just not how we play and makes me think it was more a case of a really, really bad day at the office. The last time I remember getting so frustrated at endless high crosses into the box was Palace at home last season and we all know what happened then.
Injuries are really hurting us, that much is clear. Fern is not a centre half and Otamendi simply isn't good enough. That ridiculous dive-in is nothing new and is just how he is. Walker going off ill was bad luck because he's our paciest defender and would have been better placed to help us when they were on the break.
We're probably going to need to beat the scousers home and away to retain our title. If they carry on with their lack of injuries and incredible luck we've got no chance, but it's early days and let's hope we get our wobble out of the way early and get our key players back at the right time. Going to Anfield in a month with the current defence is incredibly worrying though I have to admit.
Granted, yes made a mistake that he'll never forget, but if he played for anyone but us, the media would have taken a slightly more balanced view.He did fuck up though....
