To be fair, it's quite the achievement to get the Dutch to win a penalty shoot out. Even rarer than England winning one.
 
So woy's boys couldn't beat Costa Rica over 90 mins, and he's a useless cnut, Butthead's boys couldn't do it over 120, and he's a genius.

He kept one sub for end for the goalkeeper wow...

One last tactical trick and it worked.

Would love if Moyes was still in charge next season at the rags and not van Gaal.
 
It makes me laugh,i don't even see it as a brave decision.If you have two keepers and one is better than the other and more confident saving penalties,why not change it?We have seen players better at taking them brought on just prior,why not a keeper?
