Worst individual performance

You could argue Kolarov in the majority of games he played but one game at home to Liverpool stands out. Someone on here made a YouTube video of his every touch and I'm pretty certain he gave it away every time.

I'd love to see that video again.

It may have been mentioned but the Martin Margetson first against Everton on the last day of the season. I think we were 5 nil down by half time.

This season it would be Fernando and Silva at Stoke, followed by Kolarov's second half showing at Spurs

Kolarov in the league cup semi final v Liverpool.
Came on as a sub and was lol shite.
Every thing he tried in that cameo never came off.
I just burst out laughing as his attempts just got worse and worse.
Dzeko league cup final v Sunderland.Never tried a leg all game..

I think we've been to the same games. That was a midweeker at Elm Park IIRC and I still rate it as the worst City performance it's ever been my misfortune to witness......and there've been a lot of contenders!

Yes, that's right. It was midweek, and there were about 10 minutes of injury time to make the pain last longer.
Awful desperate stuff.

In recent years I would say Savic away at Liverpool, think it was League Cup semi 2nd leg. Garcia away at Wigan and there was a cameo by Kolarov at the end of the 1st leg of that semi against Liverpool that was spectacularly bad, fortunately it only lasted a few minutes.

Michael Ball v Forest we lost 0-3 at home

EDIT: ive seen people list others from the same game, Ball just sticks in my head because I remember him not being bothered, I hated him from that game on.

Has anyone else remembered Tony Vaughan

Remember his debut first match of the season at home to Portsmouth I think. Sliced it horribly into the Maine Stand with his first touch.

It didn't get any better from there.

All team v Wigan in cup final.

(Still can't believe we lost a cup final to Wigan!!!!!)

I watched him in a friendly V Livingston or Sterling in his first pre-season. He was shite and did not improve one bit

Yes, I'm almost positive it was Coventry at home. Just looked it up. August 26th 2000: City 1-2 Coventry. Edghill scored an own goal and Bellamy (who, as right back, Edghill was probably meant to be marking) got their second on the stroke of half time. Edghill left the pitch in tears at half time, and I don't think he returned for the second half.

I didn't boo him, I just felt sorry for him. A true blue trying his best.

Incidentally, Horlock got one back for us with 12 minutes, but an equaliser never materialised.

The good old days!

Most of Richards problems that day were caused by Tiatto who was continuously caught up field meaning he had to cover for him leaving their left wing exposed. A real scapegoat that day.

Thats right when Liam Gallagher went over to the pomp fans before kick off giving it the large lol, am sure he had a cig in his mush too..i remember taking my EX EX as it was only her 2nd or 3rd game and she was wetting her pants as Liam was doin his stuff..also am sure Noel and Curly Watts were in the Platt Lane end that day as we were...fuk my memories goin:/

Milner at home to Arsenal last season was one of the worst performances I've seen in recent years. I think he was subbed at half time. Jimmy wasn't helped by the team selection that day.

Mike Qugley and Kevin Bond put in some shockers and were not really fit to be mentioned in the same post as Milner (but I've done it now!)

Gareth Barry against Southampton. Remember him being responsible for a goal and scoring an OG. Mind you cracker of a finish with no one near him.
