With Gorilla Glue, you've got to moisten one side of the surfaces to be joined for it to work more effectively, so they should be fine.

If they are “fixed” to the road with glue, arguably they form part of the road and you can drive on through.
Most of them are wallys who are well travelled well off and now want to stop others being able to have the same opportunities they enjoyed.
