100% on all of that. I'd add that he uses a system when you need proper fullbacks and not this chopping and changing them all the time. We looked so much better when Alexandri was playing the inverted fullback by moving into midfield - so of course Taylor changes it. Every season since he has been in charge there appears to be the same problems repeating themselves over and over. Tactical acumen and leadership ability defintely seem way beyond him, and the players must be affected by his demeanour and lack of ability.
The better players are surely going to be looking to move if he stays in charge much longer.

There were no excuses today, one greedy player shooting straight at the keepers stomach virtually every time, should have been taken off and given a bollocking for not passing. No idea why Shaw was taken off, she wasn't doing a lot, but at least she is always an arial threat.
