Xgorton has citycard news

Matches didn't seem to sell out at Citycard level so there was little point in getting one unless you needed peace of mind before sorting your day out at City!

I remember when they made it £30 a season. The sign up must have been about 64.

you had to purchase a match to receive your free accesscard ( which was a fair way to do it). access card had loyalty points and 5% off in the city shop
£2 if you just ordered the card

Now the new "Blue" card has been announced is it worth the £15 extra to get priority on tickets or should I stick with the standard £10 card ?

Also is this just for adults ? Will the kids be ok with their live4city cards or do I need to fork out money for them also so as they can go games ? ..

It'll have worked out cheaper to get seasoncards at this rate ....

I'v just ordered mine mate for me n my dad n got the £15 priority, IMO its worth it if it ensures you getting the priority tickets to games that sell out fast

I've ordered mine and paid the extra for priority as I will be attending a few games later in the year. I'm a bit disappointed the club has gone down the route of the 10 pounds for the equivalent of an accesscard, but so be it I guess!

Thanks for that. Just ordered and paid the £15 extra.

It was only a matter of time before the club charged to be an official member. The cost of maintaining and "backing up" a database with the details of every person who's ever been to a game (so had an Accesscard) must have been colossal.

The club aren't too bothered about giving fans a free Accesscard when they only go to one game every year. It costs the club money to send out e-mails and texts to these fans and administer the data.
By getting a tenner/£25 off members, they automatically get buy in from the people who will be purchasing match tickets on a regular basis.

Anyone moaning about shelling out a tenner needs to wind their neck in (in my opinion!). Yes, it was free - when you had the pleasure of watching world beaters like Samaras, Bischoff and Sibierski.
