Yaya Toure apologises

If only he could squeeze out the word sorry, one word
And its not even him that has to say it, get the agent to say it and its all history. Jeez I'd be telling the guy, listen, it's just a few words you don't even need to mean it! We all have to say sorry to our wives plenty of times when we don't mean it, so what's the difference

If yaya wanted to play then he would have told the gobshite to say sorry but he hasn't,both are twats and we will be well shot of both of them

It's a shame that Yaya can't even say sorry to our club. He obviously will stay untill the end of the season and pick up his big wage packet. I love Yaya as a player and will never forget the goal he scored at Wembley against the rags and Sunderland but he's gone down I'm my estimation now and the sooner he's gone the better.

Seluk has softened his tone somewhat but he won't say what he has to and for this, Yaya suffers. In fact his delusions remain and he still says that Yaya could have moved on during the summer if City had not been asking for too much money. I think the truth may well have been that City were open to him leaving on a free but they wouldn't have been willing to pay up his final year's salary in full and would want a new club to stump up a sizeable chunk of his salary as has happened with other players who left us recently but this sizeable chunk was just too much to pay out for a 34 year old player who may have had the knowledge and ability but no longer had the legs or the workrate. So once again, it would have all been about the money with football being just a side issue.

Probably suits both Seluk and Yaya since money seems their sole motivation. Hope City don't pay off his whole contract.

There are Ivorians fleeing their country in abject poverty while this lump counts his millions.
