Re: Yaya Toure

Whatever happens now, the damage is done.

Him and Casper the friendly Ghost cannot go back and reverse all of the damage that was done. If he does stay how does that translate to field? Will his teammates trust him? Will Pellegrini? The players and the manger have to just as confused as we all are.

Why do people keep saying his tweets have been deleted? I can still see em on his twitter page.

I thought the same thing. LoveCity (twitter City Watch), said that the tweet supporting the poor mans Borat had been deleted. However when I google it the offensive tweet is still there.

By the way I might start a campaign to ban footballers from using twitter. It causes more trouble than it's worth.

Only the first tweet "lost in the post", everything else gone

<a class="postlink" href="https://twitter.com/Toure_yaya42" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://twitter.com/Toure_yaya42</a>

Weird that when I load Twitter through the app all the tweets are still on. Never mind :)

Hopefully this will all die a death now, I'm not making any judgement until I hear it from Yaya and not some twat who will just think of the money he can make from a deal. At the moment we haven't heard a thing from Yaya, I still can't believe that he would want to leave over absolutely nothing. Txiki needs to get in there and give them both a slap.

All over the back page of the Sun (If you can believe that!) after giving an interview to them yesterday. He's off and the bookies now have PSG favourites to land him.
just checked and he's still 1/5 to be City player next season, don't believe a word they print in the scum newspaper, remember they told everyone the scousers were at fault for Hillsborough and everyone believed that for 25 years, they are lying cunts who don't like us,don't buy the sun newspaper

Re: Yaya Toure

Just curious but those people saying that it's a storm in a teacup etc. How will you feel if the next story to break is that Toure wants to move to Chelsea ?

The only reason I ask is because there are rumours doing the rounds in Spain, and at least one paper out there has written that Barcelona have zero interest in him but that this escapade is because Mourinho is the manager who wants him.

If that turns out to be true then there will be IMO all out war this summer. Part of me is beginning to think that one or two clubs who know we have a transfer limit and are trying to weaken us further.

I know the club don't make statement and I respect that totally. However in this instance I feel that if there is one more outburst from his agent or from the player himself then the club need to address it either publicly or privately to gag them both. Otherwise it will be a long summer.

Re: Yaya Toure

If we got rid of yaya, every team in the prem would breathe a huge sigh of relief and one or two may even consider buying him......maybe before we start grabbibg the pitch folks amd forming a mob we should consider this.

Re: Yaya Toure

To all the lurkers who are having a right good laugh, here's a little update for you.

Capital one cup winners
Champions of England

That's right. This season we've WON 2 not 1 or 0 but 2 trophies this season.

So Fuck you.

Mate, I generally respect a lof of your posts. But come on. This is turning into hysterical hypotheticals which are about the size of the grand canyon.
