As much as his manager likes screaming how there's a long line of those that can't wait to pay 20-30 millions for him followed by 200k per week I'm not really sure that is the case.

Yes his agent said this week by Saturday. Bit stupid if he wanted Yaya to get a new deal before the season ends

Today is Tuesday, so it means by Saturday, We will say 'Thank you. OK, Yaya will leave in May.'

I actually think we could deploy him differently. In midfield he is wasted. Playing the Alonso/Busquets role is not his forte. But he is no Iniesta, Xavi.

I reckon he would be devastating playing as a wide left striker. He is a great finisher. He is fast and powerful. Imagine him on the counter.

He has made his name playing at City in that role so i wouldn't say wasted. I much prefer Yaya behind the forwards but he is class wherever you put him

City are relaxed as they know he'll sign it as he won't get better options as easy as his agent screams. And relaxed that it won't be held to ransom.

The only thing City should not be relaxed here is to stop this behaviour from Yaya's agent.

City are relaxed as they know he'll sign it as he won't get better options as easy as his agent screams. And relaxed that it won't be held to ransom.

The only thing City should not be relaxed here is to stop this behaviour from Yaya's agent.

so if we try and read between the lines,ya ya wants a 5 year deal,at 2200 a year taking him to 34,,the spanish guys,are receptive to this ,but want to throw in performance and success related salary,the russian has kicked of ,the club has been backed into a corner,only my opinion but ya ya can fuck his agent off,or the pair of them can fuck off ,for 11 million pound a year you can get some fantastic footballing talent,on wards and upwards,mcfc

I have been quite disappointed with Yaya this season.

That said, he set that high standards last year, it would've been difficult to reach those heights again this year.

His form is arguably the reason for our fall from grace this year, he is that important.

Perhaps written into his contract should be he changes agents.If he wants to be here as much as he says then it should be a sacrifice worth doing.mind you they are pretty much all sharks
