You know this forums going crackers when Yaya is copping it! But you're all welcome to your opinion.

His been our best player this season, last game he was below average, but he was injured. Yaya is a boss.
Copping it from who?

For the 3rd time, I a third different nugget, please show who is slagging him off?

Posters have mentioned his lazy, an average DM... Go back and have a read
But also mention that be is sublime, forget those bits? Lets see where he plays his best football today...world class forward playing mid...average defensive. Should have a storming game today whereever he plays

defence more solid, barry and milner protected them well allowing yaya to be pushed up more

i believe that this is what mancini was getting at when he said he identified the problem and sorted it

yaya was brilliant up top today, and didnt look knackered either!

The only player we have who is capable of dictating the play from deep, unfortunately it's fucking hard to do it well when you have 5 opposition players and no teammates infront of you.

In the first half:

Kolarov isolated on the left, not good enough to come inside into a crowded midfield anyway.

Nasri to far out on the right, anonymous and easily tracked when he did come in.

Tevez to far up the pitch with Aguero, neither in the game.

Sure we could have pushed Yaya further forwards and had Barry as the sole deeper midfielder, but i don't trust Barry when he's put under serious pressure, we would have been so vulnerable then.

In the 2nd half Yaya was a lot more influencial when he actually had Tevez to pass to.

Once again, average when he is playing deep.

Come on Mancini ffs

And who was going to play that role yesterday

barry, nastastic, razak

and also de jong if we didnt criminaly let him go

Really Nastasic the one bought to play centre half, and a kid with zilch experience. If Mancini had done that he would have got absolutely slaughtered

good point, but west ham posed no threat 2nd half, yaya could have been pushed up more early, without silva he is our only creating player
