Hey - he's going nowhere yet. He's the man in most big games, and I, for one, am fucking glad he's our man on Sunday.
That's bollocks isn't it. You might want to read the several Silva threads that have sprung up over the last 3 months.Exactly. Silva almost gets a free pass on here for his performances because he is playing with ankle pain. Yaya has been playing with a Stone Cold Steve Austin knee brace on most of the season.
I've tidied this up now, but one of the reasons we got rid of the player threads a while ago was because they get dominated by personal arguments and posters with an axe to grind against a player.
The same thing was happening here, and we'll have to start handing out thread bans in future if the same thing continues.

I know. You could say similar about Hoddle, but presumably you'd still take seriously their views on football if not other matters. But that's coming from some clown that picked players by their star sign
I take it you've all seen Domenech's comments about Yaya and the PSG game.
To summarise he thinks Yaya is now a centre-circle to centre-circle player and there's no way MCFC can play with the intensity required to beat PSG. I know Domenench is not that well regarded but it is interesting to see how City are regarded by people in the game.
