Some 20 million people are now in need of humanitarian help.

Medical system has collapsed with around 60,000 public health staff not being paid since 2016. Leaving them to seek other means of income.

There has been over 100k Cholera patients.

Diphtheria is on the rise in the country.

Up until the beginning of the year, and since the start of the war in 2015 there hve been over 16,000 air strikes, 15 a day, and its estimated a 3rd have landed on infrastructure, people houses, school buses etc.

us and the Yanks selling arms around the world that end up in these places of conflict and siding with one set of "freedom fighters " over another in a conflict to try and weild influence in a post conflict country is all about us pulling strings - both countries.
