Some time last year, I was on a training course which required traveling with the 'great unwashed' for two weeks and got the tram in rush hour and it for crammed full going into town every day. Talk about you know when you're getting old and call me an old fashioned bird but in the whole two weeks only once did one man offer his seat for a woman. I hadn't used public transport that regular for work for nigh on 30 years and I was shocked at how society has changed. It might not be the done thing now but I was surprised.

That's poor by the men. My post was just one example of incidents that happened to me. I am very obviously male, but age before beauty, several women have stood up for me. Didnt know I looked so decrepid.
