The left back spot is the one with lots of different answers which shows we haven't had an outstanding one for the past 10 years. I'd go for clichy at his peak.

It's shows how good fernandinho is that somebody as good as Barry was for us when we won the league can't make it into a single team.

At first I thought it strange that in a decade we have only had three strikers worth considerarion (and spent a hell of a lot on some duds) but there are other club's in a similar boat.

Liverpool have a few contenders Torres, Suarez, Salah, Firminho, Mane.

Chelsea: Drogba, Costa

Rags: Rooney, Berbatov, Van Persie

Spurs: Berbatov (or was that longer ago?), Kane

Is signing a striker harder than other positions?
