Qpr was a popular ground in the early 90s .i loved it.small compact and with a whole end behind the goal terrace below ,seats above ..used tomake some right noise down there

Great variety of pubs..man on the moon? White horse...virtually no trouble (older fans from 70s may have a diff opinion...) witnessed Michael Brown's league debut when he got sent off
Adrian Heaths first goal in 33 games in a night league cup match right in front of away end.....didn't we one day go down to 9 men and still win in another match? Crazy days.
Can remember another day when half our lot got arrested for trying to enter the ground drunk ...no names mentioned..

And another where I got in such a mess I thought it d be a good idea after a post match drink to stagger on board the City team coach which I passed on my back to the tube.
Not a good idea really.. asking Tony Coton and Fitztroy Simpson for their autographs while barely being able to stand up...was soon escorted off but enjoyed the buzz....at the time. .

81 Everton away cup game,we had behind goal and down the side,Power equilized we went crazy one of the best atmospheres ever.

I was at that one, carnage outside after the game..

The replay (3-1) was absolutely rammed 60K plus easy, you couldn't breathe in the Kippax.. Official att was around 52500, good old Swailsey haha!!

Forest - remember Tony Henry putting us 2-1 up when Forest never lost at home, going crazy, ended up losing 3-2

Coventry (Highfield Rd) Won and saw myself on Match of the day when I got home

Villa Park - Gary Shaw scoring late on to beat us

Leeds - won, Kazzi Deyna scored

Leicester (Filbert Street) - stood in a hole behind the goal, all you could see was the footballers feet..!

Derby (Baseball Ground) Got hammered, think it was 6-0..

Blackburn Steve Kinsey late on won
1-0

Notts County.. 3 down at HT and pitch invasion (not me I was a good boy.. Ha..!) lost 3-2

All brilliant aways..

That was my 1st visit to ewood! Iirc they were top & we were 2nd? we went top with the win i think? long time ago!! do remenber we took thousands & blues kicking off in their end when kinsey scored
