Your favourite Indian curry.

Good Indian restaurants are not easy to come by in these parts so homemade is usually the best option. Made a nice butter chicken for tea.

When home, depends where I eat. Takeaway their Tikka Pasanda is lush. Restaurant it's usually chicken and spinach Balti.

I will only have a curry if drunk and forced by others.
Even then, it's a mixed grill with some naan bread.
It has something to do with the next morning, having to put the bog roll in the freezer before you use it.
What must it do to your insides?
Also, you're not wiping are you?
No, you're dabbing!

A restaurant near me makes a pretty good Lamb Bhuna that I really like. Unfortunately there is a Greek restauranter across the street that makes a Lamb Gyro withTzatziki Sauce that is out of this world. So they sadly (wink wink) get most of my business.

1. Chicken Chettinad
2. Bhuna gosht
3. Kosha mangsho
Unfortunately #1, 3 only source able through boutique, "work from home" caterers.
Atul Kochhar does a rather nice Chettinad chicken curry that is really rather easy to make if you are inclined to do any cooking. No particularly hard to source ingredients either, all available from your local supermarket excepting perhaps curry leaves.
