"The jury's out here" , I've heard so much about this fella, more negative than positive, my gut feeling is NO I would'nt want to see Ibrahimovic in a City shirt.....................

Those negatives you heard of are all in the past, I've been watching Ibra play for a long time and the last 2 years he hasn't done anything stupid aside from a nonsense dispute with Pep during 2010.

On pitch he brings out more positive then negative. With Balotelli as his partner striker they can score each game 2-3 goals with ease; they have the ability to create space in the middle making it so difficult for the defenders to know which way those two are going, especially Ibra.

Is this the same Zlatan that was recently banned for belting someone in the face?

Like I mentioned earlier, 3 red card and 2 yellow card suspensions in the 2 years at Milan, and yet people say he's turned a new leaf..how exactly? However, even that is a testament of his quality, that he still managed to score 35 goals..

Even if I take Ibra out of the equation, this is the Milan who fucked us about with Kaka, then fucked us about with Tevez, and I'm pretty sure they fucked us about with Robinho..
So, now that they have a shitty midfield, and a number of their best players have left, City should take advantage of this and get a premium for the Tevez they want so badly..put a tag of 35mil only for Milan, and then sell him to Inter for way less if they come calling..

Ibrahimovic reminds me of Berbatov with his laconic playing style. There is no doubting the talent but he can be moody, frustrating and unpredictable.
He has talked of retirement would his heart be in it? Whatever happens we are likely to have 4 quality strikers so the attitude of each must be right .

If we sign Ibrahimovic, Cheshire cats will have to start saying they grin like Number10.

He's looking for one last huge pay day from us and the agent is looking to line his pockets out of him before his client retires. I'm not surprised really and if you put your allegiance aside then acting in your best interests rather than your clients is a growing temptation if you know that time isn't on your side with them. You have to make money while the opportunities continue to present themselves.

Ibrahimovich is a world class player. I have no doubt he'd score goals for us. The only qualms I would have in signing him is the contractual terms and the transfer fee if any money was to exchange hands. He is not the future but his experience could be key to younger players.

Didn't Ibrahimovich declare his ambition to play alongside Balotelli previously?

Balo has tried to mould himself in the Ibra style - he idolises him. There is similar respect from Ibra to Balo...

Great management by Bobby if we sign him - get an instant world class player who will score goals, and bring Balo on over the next couple of years with his idol....

Win-win situation?

The club he leaves will win the Champions League, and the club he comes to guaranteed will not. It's the Zlatan rule! Old and tired is Zlatan.
That means that when we sell him...... ;)
