Bobby is playing a blinder

If this was Fergie on redcafe all you would hear was how amazing his mind games were but now its our Mancini doing them they are all 'over-hyped' and 'pointless'. I certainly think what Mancini has said has helped us but when we beat the rags on monday it will be down to us having the better players and not what was said in the press.

Torygraph have got a poll asking if Bobby's mind games are working.

That's a different tune to the one they were coming out with pre-match:

Although neither of Manchester's Premier League title contenders play until this afternoon, it is tempting to say that the key weekend result is already in: Italian paranoia 0 Scottish sang-froid 1. Manchester City's Roberto Mancini has not only prematurely surrendered the championship, a week ahead of the derby against United, but he has done so by blaming the men he once regarded as the best referees in the world. Meanwhile Sir Alex Ferguson, more experienced than anyone in these matters, has taken advantage of a favourable run of decisions to relax and roll out the hoary old line that things even out over the course of a season.

But they are from two different papers.

And one is editorial opinion; the other is a readers' poll.

Hopefully everybody is taking a leaf out of the Managers Book.

Two Drivers at work today. Carl, Scum armchair "bigging" it up to John a City fan giving it all back.

I join in and tell John the now well rehearsed Bobby speech: - John realises what I am doing and joins in too: "Fantastic side"; "It's all over"; etc and the Scum fan shuts up because quite clearly it isn't.

I see Roberto's mind games have reeled one in!

haha.....great article!

Hes playing mindgames by essentially refusing to play mind games. He is letting everyone else do the overthinking. He won Serie A 3 times in a row. The man knows what he is doing.

Mancini: "we have two difficult games, United have two easy games". Swansea & Sunderland will be thinking, "Don't think so". Mancini - 'BRILLIANT'

what he says is true

rags are still favourites

medja have told us it's all over......

so it must be
