I just know all the media links have us as favourites, but as we know in football things can change quickly.

This time last week we were convinced Fabinho to City was done, now it's apparently off and he isn't even coming to England.

All this transfer speculation is pie in the sky stuff. I mean, Fabinho was coming to us last week, now reporting Utd are closing in on him. Mendy was flying to Manchester for a medical and then suddenly shoots down rumours by posting a video that he was in Paris. Half of these attention seeking twitter whores don't have the foggiest what is actually going on. Did anybody expect Bernardo Silva to come to City within like a day? I know I didn't.

All the rag media thought Bernardo Silva was heading to Utd, they were left with egg all over their face. Did Sam Lee from Goal or any other UK journalist actually expect Bernardo Silva to join City? No they didn't. It was only on the day he signed they got wind of it. City play their cards close to their chests, so before you panic and listen to what half of the twitter numpties are saying, just think Bernardo Silva.

It's groundwork for a possible departure once he loses his automatic starting role. And courting and pricing up Mbappé is probably part of the same groundwork.

It's not true,pep was asked a million times,sergio was asked again last week if he was staying and said yes,khaldoon was putting our minds at rest,if they all had it tattoo'd on their faces someone would pipe up that they only did it as they know it can be lasered off

Only on fucking Bluemoon could every single person involved coming out and saying they are definitely staying be used as proof that actually the opposite is happening and it's all a elaborate scheme to get rid of them with good PR. Go have a lie down you muppets

He would be 4th choice if we get both Mbappe AND Sanchez. It's simple math.
If we get Mbappe for world record fee, he'll start most games. Moreover he has made it known that he wants playing time guarantee wherever he goes. So IF Mbappe comes here, it is with the commitment from Pep that he'll be playing a lot.

Sanchez is the prototypical Pep player and Pep is chasing him like mad. I think he'll be above Sergio here.

Now with Jesus this is a cold hard fact, it's been shown already by Pep. When healthy Jesus started every game over Sergio OR they play together. Either way, Jesus plays.

So yes he'd be 4th choice if we get both Mbappe and Sanchez. But that's a big if.
 
If all the suggested signings go to plan I'd go as far as to say that we're going to be that good it will be completely unfair on the rest and they may as well not bother even trying.
