With the decrease in CL revenue next season then Arsenal will not agree to any sales before July 1st so they can book the sale in next seasons accounts.

I've been rambling they should sell now and have it done with.

Im pretty sure that accounting processes don't revolve around the transfer window mate. Look at when city post their accounts.
