Just spoken to a journalist on Twitter who is fairly close to all things City.

He said that City are being very secretive about this, but he's been led to believe it's possibly a CB, as for who it is, I have no idea.

There's definitely something going on though.

Interesting. Sam Lee did say suddenly a CB is back on near the top of the agenda again, for whatever reason.

The three we've been linked with the most, Bonucci, Laporte, Van Dijk, all seem unlikely right now, to various degrees.

Could it be Sandro? I read that Juve had received a "Significant Bid" for Sandro yesterday, and their director had said that he wouldn't keep a player against their will. Twitter was full of links to Chelsea though....
