Tell is Why you really mad :)Don't like him (on or off the pitch), think he's over hyped and as much of a one-trick-pony as you can get (stick Kolarov on the left and they'd both be doing the same "cutting inside after a flick off the back leg" trick all match) but he's strong, fast, English and we were "short" in that position so it was a "needs must" situation.
It's a "Meh" from me, not excited by this signing one little bit.
The only saving grace is that he's not Danny Rose.
Agree he is better than Danny Rose too. But I'll be angry if Slurs goes and get Perreira for half that price.

But our budget is not 1 billion! We have a budget. We are selling players like Unal and Mooy for less than 15 to add to it so yes clearly the extra 15 million is important to the club.
The point is nobody knows what the budget is, and therefore have no idea what impact an extra £15m is. If that means we can't sign anyone else, I agree with you, if it's a drop in the ocean, I refer back to asking why people care.

If they pay more than 25m for Pereira I'd say that was over priced. He really is not worth anything over that.

If the fee has been agreed and the medical has been booked for tomorrow then it's possible he'll complete the medical in the morning, sign by 2PM and the announcement will come in the evening right?
If we get it done in the same time frame as the Bernardo transfer, yes.
