Friday is going to be a depressing day if the only business we've done this week is got rid of a few deadweights and brought in this very expensive dead weight. Please see sense Pep.

We will still have had a great window, lots of old deadwood out replaced by younger better players,it was never going to get all done in one summerThat is exactly what I expect to happen as well.
If that is the case, it will have been a very poor end to the window after a very encouraging start.

Good player Evans. Better than Otamendi and Stones
Whilst the main papers are somewhat more reliable than a random on twitter they are just a guide so it might not be that muchAt £10M, he was a decent back up. At £20M, he starts to look like yet another expensive, short term, only plays when there's a problem, defender...of which we have more than our fair share. At £30M, Pulis is taking the piss!
My only thought at this point is "Is Mangala so bad, and is Tosin so unready, that we are going to spend £30M and another £5M+ in wages on a 29 year old short term fill-in?"
This smacks of a desperation bid and I would much rather see us spend the money on a much younger up and comer from the supposed global scouting network. Makes a £30M Bonucci bid seem almost comical now, doesn't it?!
Surely, we can do better than pay Pulis to bend us over.

I don't disagree with that entirely but i'm being realistic as to how much we can get done in one window,a goalie and fullbacks were needed as we had a crap keeper, willy left and we had no fullbacks at allWe will have had a good window, not a great window.
We are still lacking a top quality young energetic central/defensive midfielder, a top quality centre half who can command the defence for when Kompany is missing with injury which is inevitable and another forward to help us put the chances away we are squandering on a weekly basis.
Utterly laughable but sadly not surprising from the club.Manchester City are prepared to meet West Brom's £30m valuation of Jonny Evans, with a second bid expected on Tuesday. [@JPercyTelegraph]
