Hopefully although I sense Jesus is already being targetted. Kompany being fit it vital though. I don't think he is the greatest defender any longer but he is a great leader.

And it looks as thought the Whistling Wankers are conniving with him being the target. He may well be our player this year that gets ten per cent of the free kicks compared to the number of fouls he suffers. Last season it was Sterling. He never seemed to get the free kicks for all the tripping, barging and shoving he endured.

Said it before: they won the battle, but have lost the war. Whatever the short-term implications, all the long-term implications here are bad for them, unless they suddenly pull out their fingers and start challenging for the title immediately. I don't see that as likely regardless of how Alexis plays, but stranger things have happened.

I don't. I hadn't read the previous 50 pages, I clicked on that page to catch up and saw your post saying you don't think Arsenal would strengthen us in january.

I can definitely see Arsenal offering massive wages to Sanchez to extend his contract but also have a reasonable release clause inserted so they can get him 100% focused for this season, all the while Sanchez himself knows he's gone at the end of the season. Whether Sanchez agreses to that or not is another question.
