Ever since he was injured Stones seems to have no energy plays at walking pace.
He's afraid of running at full tilt in case he does his hamstring again. Hopefully he'll shake that off with games.
If Fernandinho has a bad game were screwed as Gundogan isn't good enough.
Sterling was a shithouse today. Constantly allows their boos to get to him.
The reaction from the bin dippers when he got taken off says it all. Even they know he'll bottle it whenever he plays against them

All I saw was him stop and raise his hands, I thought he was claiming handball as I didn't quite see it and Sky skimmed over it very quickly.Just watching the replay of their second goal, clear foul on KDB, clear foul on Stones, both of them nudged in the back - Marriner ignores both. Aguero was a shambles! Lost the ball everytime he touched it. All will be forgotten though when he scores against Cardiff or Mansfield. He gets away with it time and time again because of who he is.

Sterling, Stones, Otamendi, Aguero and Gundogan should hang their heads in shame.
Sane and KDB deserves a lot of credit. They stood out and looked like they actually gave a shit.
Sterling Ota and ilkay is harsh Kun did f all which worries me given alexis appears to be going elsewhere

dreadful, the fact we went in at half time underservedly level should have been the catalyst to a better second half. Too many mistakes, too long to make a change and too many individual awful performances. Simply a bad day at the office although the last few games we've been nowhere near our best. Sterling needs to not shit his pants when virgins in a crowd boo him.

Have to disagree with you there. Stones got in position between Firmino and the ball. From that point, there's not much you can do if someone pushes you in the back and the ref just ignores it.Like i said,. I really like Stones but he needs to get the level he was. He is reminding me last year, and with this errors he is putting the team in trouble. In Liverpool second goal, despite a possible fault, he had a weak approach...

I don't know you at all, but when people start talking about 'players not giving a shit' (in a previously unbeaten team, who narrowly lost away to a very good team)....that person usually knows next to zero about football.

Also to argue "he should have been stronger" ignores the reason why it's against the rules, you can't see it coming from behind like that, he wasn't ready for it.
Shambolic defending today, memories of last season. Stones has been poor since he returned from injury and needs to step up. We need another cb in the window imo as we can not rely on either Mangala or Vinnie due to injury.

Gundogan was ineffective for me and needs to offer more. We certainly missed Merlin.

Seems like he genuinely believed we wouldn't go unbeaten, and I'm sure the way we rallied from 4-1 to 4-3 was pretty encouraging for him, it's a good sign for later big games.

I don’t care what anyone says. All 4 were errors. Ederson positioning for first goal just wasn’t right.
There were 4 opportunities to clear that ball before the shot and then he was in the wrong place.
The second goal was all down to Stones. He has got to be stronger than that. Little pushes like that happen every game in this league. Defenders need to deal with that and Ederson was in the wrong place again.
No 3 is all down to Otamendi
No 4 the most comical of the lot - Ederson.
It was an absolutely shambolic defensive display today and I would include the whole team in that from back to front.
The only player I thought played well was De Bruyne.
How did we get back to 4-3, what has happened to Stones?
Nothing has happened to Stones, he is still slow, he is still physically not strong enough. All this 'Stones was in great form before his injury' talk is based around his offensive attributes. In short, as a stopper he ain't that great.
