I should say Clarke never did although in fairness he was just a crap footballer it wasn't his fault Kendell rated him(I would say though Kendell would be in my top 5 City managers but i hated nearly all his signings!(of the ones I have seen starting with Book).

id say you get roughly 50 m&ms to a £1 bag. therefore 30,000,000 would be about £600,000. About right i'd say.

I hope you guys are going to give him a chance and have some faith in your manager's judgement. He seems to know what he is doing. As a look at the table ought to reveal. He must see something that he thinks we need. And Mangala might see even less game time which would help.

Can't say I've ever been keen on having reds in the team and Evans never struck me as being anything more than competent. But if I'd been a City player and they sold me down the league and then later I got a route back to the top from united, I'd take it. And knowing that I was an unpopular addition, I'd play out of my skin to make the rag fans eat their words, flicking imaginary Vs at them as I did it.

Not my choice but serviceable and missed an average of 7 games over the past four season through injury.

I would imagine if Pep and the scouts think he will improve our defence he is in for Mangala who will be off in the summer and we will target a younger player we see as a replacement for VK in the summer.

I quite liked Mel machin, he had a good mix of youth and experience and had us playing well but like every other city fan at the time swales had one on them lot over the road and got the jitters with every manager.

Lets face it until this ownership group we never recovered from Swales involvement with the club, it just goes to show you what poor club management can do to you(and by that I mean the ownership)
