I have got a feeling we will get the Fred deal done but he will go back to Shakhtar.

A bit like Liverpool and Naby Keita.

Other than that I think we are victims of our own success in that I think Pep and the club worry that certain additions could really spoil the team spirit.

It’s clear we are interested in Evans and I think the only reason he isn’t a City player is because Arsenal and I think Leicester are also interested, meaning the £20m we were willing to go to could end up £30m.

I don`t think we need to buy many players in the summer. Integrate Gunn and Maffeo to the first squad, and I think we only have to buy a CB and a DM.
