It could be anywhere in Britain. Or the world.

Liverpool glory-hunters are nearly as widespread as rag glory-hunters.

Probably Toxteth - could have got a bus there but have you seen what can happen to a bus in the Klanfield area? Scary.

Fair enough. But to be honest the two things are not linked so why would they comment? Hopefully the bus incident never happens again.
To be honest one of the worst aspects of Hillsbrough was the way some of the media couldn't wait to pin the blame on the innocent fans and were all too willing to believe the false police version of events. One reason for this is that Liverpool's reputation as a club had been previously destroyed across the world by Heysel. The other reason is the political campaign against all football fans from the then Government. The police cover-up was politically driven.
The Hillsborough families have fought a long and dignified campaign which I believe has enhanced the reputation of Liverpool fans. Those thugs last week have done a lot to damage their own club. They should be condemned out of hand by the vast decent majority. It was just a baying hate-filled mob like the one in Brussels.

They are not far away from being a really top team. They already have Naby Keita. A world class striker to complement Salah up front and they will take some stopping.
We don't need a world class striker.

We have Firmino who is absolute perfect as the false 9 in a Klopp team, his work rate, pressing, movement and unselfish play brings so much more than a typical #9,this season he is on course for a 25+ goal season and 10-15 assists.

Salah plays the furthest forward in the team with firmino slightly withdrawn and mane set on the left side.

On Keita like most reds we cannot wait to see him wearing the shirt, hopefully we can get Jorginho who's been heavily linked for the #6 role, this team is missing a controller badly in midfield who can dictate games and be a good focal point with the ball,a player like Jorginho would be great to have with tomorrow's game,we need at times to slow the game down from an attacking onslaught that is going to come from you.

I still say this tie is not over, you're quite capable of doing what we did in the first leg and scoring 3 goals in a 20-30 mins spell,it's going to be a another nervy 90 mins of hell for both sets of fans.

A Liverpool fan defending something they shouldn't. Well I never. If it isn't enough Suarez admitted what he called him and was then banned for his comments then you are a lost cause. Not that it is surprising. I'd imagine you take offence to the never your fault chant. Irony at its finest.
I am not saying Saurez is innocent or that Evra is guilty.I just don't like the guy!

I think you're safely through mate. A lot of people on here are completely missing the fact that Klopp is excellent in double-legged ties and his ability to manage a team to dominate in 'spurts' contributes massively towards it.
If the tie was the other way round and we were 3-0 up for example, I'd fancy you more than the 2% I fancy us in this tie now.
I like Klopps management style and the way his teams - Dortmund v Madrid for example, you lot v us and dortmund etc - can score multiple goals in a short space of time in a game you aren't actually playing well in or controlling at all.

Either way, I think Liverpool will be a serious team to beat if Keita, Jorginho and another centre half are brought in in the Summer. I do however disagree with your point about another forward, everything is fine for you now and your front 3 are exellent, but we have 2 options in Jesus and Aguero that most teams would die for, and are still woefully short if one is out or suspended. You looked pretty ordinary Saturday without a senior focal point and Firmino can't play every game if you want to compete consistently next year

I’ve this theory about rags n scousers. Regarding rags, it’s the plastic ones who are the bigger [insert your favourite word here], but with the red bin dippers, it’s the dirty core.

Maybe it’s cos I have old rag friends and I like Norwegian Wood ;)

This is going to be a good game. We will attack right from the start. And if we get an early goal or two its game on.

I'd agree with that. Having selected a fullback who can actually defend has helped the defence out no end. Firmino has been excellent this season, Karius seems to be coming on. If they can work out how to get Ings and Vokes up to speed, that's plenty of attack.

If Pep is not on the bench tonight just wait till the 90th minute, he will be in Klopp's pocost again

Possibly he certainly has the upper hand over him. If he isn't in his pocost (whatever that is) he might also be shining the premier league trophy. Let us know if you want to see what one of them looks like.

I love the way you lot judge your manager's success on games v City, rather than trophies.

Meanwhile, Utd move further ahead of you, thanks to us having a bad day vs them as well, but somehow that will translate to 'next year's are year' when the season finishes.

Deluded fucking scum.
