Sterling has a tough mentality, he's played in far bigger games than Rashford's bit part games, and has been steady, if nothing else in his 2 England performances. He's had 2 assists, and linked up well with the rest of the team, and hopefully if England do progress, Southgate will hopefully tweak the formation to get the best out of the team, and Sterling.
But to say that Rashford is better for England than Sterling on last night's performance, is total non starter, he couldn't even get his shots on target, but I suppose the miss was intentional to avoid winning the group eh?
