Leroy Sane - 2018/2019 performances

Got to start knuckling down and put any disappointment in missing the world cup to one side.

He was dreadful in their pre world cup games and his last season is overrated. Unbelievably good for 10-15 games but also had loads of very poor games. Then arriving into pre season unfit is all on himself and not on Low. He needs to get his thumb out of his arse and start playing at the level we all know he can play at. He's having too many games like this when he cant control a ball.
 
I wanted him in after half time in place of Gundogan. He'd do his 10 minutes of pub league football then grow into the game, have a measure of the pitch and start his runs. He was subbed too late I thought.
 
Players like sane play with a moment in a game that will get the win he had one great run and dribble that could ended in a chance. He will be back to his best sooner or later

The entire German team were trash in pre-world cup games and even worse in the world cup. Regardless of how over-rated you think his season was it was still better than any other German attackers.

Played 30mins this season so not sure how you can conclude he's having too many poor games?

Yep for the record I think he should've been in their squad but its not a ludicrous decision to leave him out as many think it was.
Regarding his poor games I take last season in account.
 
Should be in the 11 - his pace would help Mendy track back and is our most dangerous of the young attacking trio. Hoepfully gets a run soon
 
Before his amazing run, he was in contention for the worst substitute appearance of the season.

I hope he doesn’t turn into a mercurial talent, who fails to realise his enormous potential in the game.

Hopefully he’ll be a future ballon d’or winner and not another Mario, Robinho, Le Sulk etc.
 
Sane was probably buzzing at the start of the season hoping to prove his doubters wrong , would of been good to have seen him first name on the teamsheet from the start so he could unleash that momentum,dont know why it hasnt been seen that way,although Pep said when 3 games a week comes around everybody will play
