Jadon Sancho

City seem to have enough enemies at the mo, could the Sanchez-greatest-of-all-time- biggest-bollock-dropped-by-a-manager-ever brigade just stop the bollocks and just say you dont want Pep as a manager xx

Literally nobody has said Sancho will be the greatest of all time, or it was the biggest bollock ever dropped by a manager, so congratulations on your incredibly pointless and stupid post.

Interesting read.
I just wonder how long young English players can cope with living on the continent, especially if they don’t make the first team on a regular basis or they suffer from injury. Sancho has done exceptionally well in terms of game time, but culturally young English players have found it terribly difficult to adjust and settle. Then again, perhaps technology and the homogenisation of European society is making it easier for such players to make the transition.

This part sums it up for me in regards to how cowardly clubs and managers are to play young English academy players:

The scout, from one of the clubs most globally respected for bringing through talent, couldn’t quite believe the situation – let alone what he was seeing. It was a run-of-the-mill under-23 game, but Fulham’s Matt O’Riley was putting in anything but a run-of-the-mill performance. The teenage midfielder was brilliant.

“It’s amazing,” the scout said. “Fulham spent how many millions in the summer for two midfielders, and we wouldn’t pay for either of them. But O’Riley can’t get in the team and we’d pay for him.”

Haha Raheem Sterling just told jadon sancho to come back anytime on Twitter. Don’t know how to post it. Agent razza

Lol mahrez is the only city player I have hated on since I have been a member of this forum. More so bc I am a fan of jadon. I should forgive that and support. There wasn't any more w3 could do and we bought to ensure we were ready to win trophies... Still, Hindsight is a bitch

Why do you hate a City player? Fair enough if you don’t rate him, but hate is a bit weird.

We should offer them mahrez this summer in a deal. What a waste of money

Mahrez will be needed between now & end of season. He’s a good player with great technique. Just needs to get used to not being the only one that can turn a game. Mark my words - he will be a great asset
