They have a limited number of pundits, and they are mostly Scousers or rags. He said little wrong last night, at least that I heard, though did watch a bit of cricket before KO.
Just think some people get a bit precious over something trivial,
Can you imagine some of our fans on there, they would be killi g our players, and team performance, if some of the posts on here are to go by.-;)

He had nothing but praise for the club,last night he said “of course as I united fan I don’t want City to win” but he said he admires what the club as done the infrastructure and foundations are set up for 10 of years He admitted it was all good on and off the field. I don’t see anything wrong in what he said in fact it was all good
 
Last night was hoping to sinc TV with Daz bar German channel and Andy Buckley on Gmr. No Andy and the anchor teenager who was speaking to Ste Ayre and Michael Brown was shocking, sniggering as he informed us that we have only gone as far as the semis and that City ladies where losing snigger but
repeating on a loop that scum ladies were winning no snigger sounded very pleased. Don't know who this prick is as only listen when City are on.
While Talkshite had Pierce as pundit and he was a right knob repeating that we were below average, attack toothless, penalty's /sending off yes
really anti City, think he needs to watch some dvds of his time as manager as he has obviously forgotten how shit he was, would rather listen to his daughters Bernie horse

I can’t possibly comment on what was said as I wasn’t watching it.
I gave up Sky after a particularly hate fuelled rant by the pea brained Yorke

However I still maintain it’s wrong, for City fans, to have a parade of ex-rags summarising our games. The pool of ex-player dickheads with a gob is large enough to accommodate this surely?

Yes.but your not paid to be an expert pundit.so no,it isn,t fair ..esp when City are the current reigning champions of England and their fans are contributing to Bts dwindling profits...Amd..who do you want to win this weekend when utd play Liverpool?

Doyles hatred of utd is always talked about....but he still fell out with City when they dropped him and refused fo let him speak to matt busby when utd came in for him..Doyle was fuming and demanded the right to join utd....as confirmed by Doyle himself.(autobiography "Manchester City -My Team")

Buzzer? Best of mates with George Best.not sure how much he really hated utd.

As for this weekend, no I don't want Utd to win, under no circumstance would I be pulling for the rags, will leave that to you.

Before he fell out , Doyle's passion, particularly against United was quite clear for all of us who enjoyed those memorable Derby victories.
I doubt Ferdinand hates City, certainly was full of praise last night, even if through gritted teeth. I just don't understand why people are so upset by him, I enjoy seeing him squirm and hurt
Life's too short.

I think the two clubs generally had a better relationship before City ‘relegated’ united in 1974. I think that proved a turning point for a number of reasons.

Before he joined City,who were Doyles boyhood favourites...? He brushes over the issue in his book..it certainly wasn't City..
An awful lot of players over my years of watching football have shown passion..and played to the crowd...then jumped ship ,often to a hated rival when the opportunity arose,only to become hated by the club they left.The situation isnt always as clear cut as "oh he hates utd" its more a question of " whose paying my wages"
Playing to the crowd is an important aspect of a professional foofballers career...i just dont understand why folk are so taken in by it ;)

That presenter on GMR was fvcking awful - straight off a 6th form media course, reading out absurd tweets, no knowledge or understanding of sport, a typical BBC over promoted incompetent merely there to satisfy diversity quotas (no prizes for guessing which box this clown ticks). Steve Eyre did a superb job, playing his ridiculous questions with a straight bat and putting him in his place several times.

Is Jimmy Wagg so famous he can only work at the weekend ? There was no point having a show at all seeing as they took the 5 live match commentary feed.

I kid you not, one of the half ten news segments included Virgil van Dijk telling us he likes watching Disney classic films such as The Lion King.

That was it, about 20 seconds of it, not hanging it on anything.

What's tomorrow, why Jordan Henderson likes putting his left sock on first?

And we're paying for this shit.

I always thought he looked like a bit of a simpleton.
 
Pity he is on Talkshite but Jim Proudfoot is decent comes across as neutral which for a national station is a basic requirement. After a short period listen to Pearce be so negative against us ( don't know what he was watching ) I switched to 5 Live and was actually very impressed with ( tin hat on) Danny Mills, he was saying what I was seeing and full of praise well done.
