I am sure there was another game, which one, hmmm?

You said it was hardly mentioned on Sky.I got in from the game at 00.30 am and stayed up until 5.00 am and it was on the hour.
I got up at 9.00 am and it was on every hour onwards until 5.00 pm,so you are talking shit as I never once mentioned Talk Sport.

I'm worried about your sleep patterns....

As of 11:54am on the rolling footbal reaction page there isn't a mention of our win nor the Puma announcement.

Plenty of stories about the rags and Liverpool.

The only mention of us is of the Sancho investigation, again, and Pellegrini thinking it wasn't a penalty.

Fuckers.

The BBC, home of fake news and pure bias.

And you need to stop telling porkies as I refer to your first post regarding "did City play yesterday as there been fuck all on Sky about their win".
Complete bollocks as well you know it .. or if you did its just to suit your narrative.
It had been on Skys loop from at least 00.30 am Monday morning and NO doubt on straight after we`d won PLUS up until 5.00 pm a MINIMUM TOTAL of 17 hours you plank.
I repeat "you`re talking shit".

I was amused with the Match of the Day analysis last night. According to Lineker and Shearer City have been "struggling recently." So far this year we have played 15, won 14, lost one, scoring 50 goals and conceding six. In fact the most successful team in Europe during this period. Still never mind don't let the facts get in the way of the usual BBC fake news!

Forgotten about that last night, at least Shearer said it was a pen.

Just balloons on a fortune with nothing really to add.

Yes. I thought it was a blatant penalty in the ground and it was confirmed later by TV which showed Silva was actually tripped twice. Nothing "soft" about it.
You have no future in the English football media...

...unlike Jamie Jackson who's going with the predictable "City grind it out against West Ham" narrative, clearly having only caught the last 5 minutes. There was nothing 'grinding' about that performance - it was business as usual except for the final product. You don't grind out a win with 70+% possession. That's called dominating the game but frustratingly failing to find the net. It's not what we or Pep wants, but it certainly wasn't a close game with chances to both sides that we just manged to squeak.

Add to it the commentator on our game who mentioned that considering we had won a trophy just three days ago, that the crowd was 'subdued' and 'edgy' .... will go with the edgy for the final ten mins when WHU threw everything forward to equalise, but not subdued .... lots of singing from SS I thought.

I thought the SS did a good job, the rest of us were pretty subdued to be fair. I sang a lot in the family stand and everyone (including my kids) looked at me like I was mad (they may have a point)

Yeah, wouldn't say it was rockin', but wasn't anything close to 'subdued'. And can't recall any such observations being made about other club's?
