What difference does it make to the price 4 months later? None at all

None, we'll have identified who we want months ago and already talking with clubs, agents and players to get them done as soon as possible after window opens.

They must laugh at all the rumours, if they read them, as information from City regarding transfers is like looking into a Black hole. Unlike Barca, Real, Bayern and Rags who feed a wish list to the press to get the players head turned.

Daily Mail sports pages leading with the rags "they are back in the top four", then the Spuds/ Arse game. Still waiting for someone to phone the result through from Bournemouth I think.

lets face it , City going top of the league isnt big news , we are always there , its quite an achievement for the Rags to get top four and the Dippers looking upwards with envy :)

I wish people would accept that everybody else hates the fact that we are the team to beat. It is better to be the footnote than the headline. Look what happened to Leicester City, after all

After the Schalke game BTs "expert referee" analyst (their words not mine) Peter Walton claimed the Fernandinho penalty was the correct call despite 2 Schalke players being offside , stating that they couldnt be offside since they didnt play the ball ? seemed a bit strange to me since you regularly see the offside flag go up before the ball is played.
Today in the Spurs v Arsenal game , Harry Kane won a penalty despite being offside , Peter Walton BTs "expert analyist" argued that the ref had got it wrong this time and it shouldnt have been a penalty because Kane was offside...Clearly Walton still harbours anti City bias , even now hes a pundit , his record when reffing City games was shady bordering on corrupt ..

Well what do you know, the rags are game of the day on sky.

Funny that because I remember a few years ago we won by a similar scoreline to them today and the rags won 1-0 to go top and guess what match was shown that weekend?

Yep you've got it in one, the rags.

Just thought I'd bring it up.

I think the two schalke players were only in offside positions but not actually offside because they were not "active" or "interfering with play" or whatever the correct term is. Kane was offside because he attempted to play the ball....

Whether the Schalke players are really not active is another question though. Surely running into the penalty area when a free kick is knocked over is an attempt to play the ball?

Or something like that....I think...

Switch over and watch New York City fc, if the rags had drawn 2-2 they wouldn't have shown it ****s.

Absolutely outrageous he’s got the gig in the first place. A truly squalid man.

Granada reports tonight. "Ole Gunnar Solskjær's Manchester United win in 5 goal thriller"...………"Paul Scholes' Oldham draw 1-1". Meanwhile whisper it...….. "Nobodys Man City win to go top".
