and we can just let them know that we know where they skeletons are buried, and are more than happy to get out the shovels if they continue with their course of action

Imo we should smile, shake their hands, tell them how nice it is to see them & be 'shocked' when they tell us it seems as if some sinister organisation is targeting them.

Is their an argument here to simply just say "fuck you" and withdraw ourselves out of the competition this season?

UEFA though, can say they found 'no evidence' of rules being broken, or just fine us a token for something they make up.

Then when David Gill meets other similar sharks, he can just be 'overheard' by pet reporters, discussing how they 'know' we did it, but can't prove it.

I will be shocked if UEFA give out any statement whicb exonerates us.

I'm fucking sure though, that there are huge skeletons in the cupboards of rags, dippers, Bayern etc, which can be found if 'someone' really wants to. And as for UEFA...

The club this time will want full exoneration for me, I don’t see why they should settle for less, there surely can’t be any middle ground here otherwise it will damage the reputation of the club and affect it for decades to come.

Not guilty your honour!

I would be stunned if city don’t already have a raft of information that would be hugely damaging to other clubs and UEFA that they could legitimately present as evidence in any kind of hearing UEFA wish to conduct.

If UEFA and other clubs want to play this out in public then they don’t have any control over what evidence City want to use to defend themselves.
And it’s that sort of power mate that we should use to ensure we get cleared of all alleged wrongdoings.

Ian Stafford, Sky sports News

This is word-for-word what he said five minutes ago - I've played it back about five times.

'a whole plethora of crimes that City have done.............'

He forgot to say 'alleged'. He said alleged a few moments earlier than started talking again.

Any lawyers on here ?

Standards have always been poor on SSN but they seem to be slipping even further.

The statement city put out about damaging our brand?! Cant they see for the last 10 years that 90% of the gutter media in this country have been damaging our image/brand and all we have done is kiss Arse with them and like a bully the more kiss arse the more confident they get in saying/printing anything! Just like the c@nt on sky now saying a plethora of criminal crimes. City stop kissing arse to these scum bags who are rags and scousers arse kissers.

I think the fear is due to everyone saying relax we have done nothing wrong, stop panicking the last time we faced similar then we still got hammered.

I hope this time we have our house in order and we are watertight but you can understand the unease, we have been here before.
That's my concern to be honest, I've pretty much always been a glass half empty kind of guy though.

Could all these emails be linked to the coaching staff who went to the dippers?

Either by 'knowledge', availability to passwords our just sheer bitterness.
Wasn’t there a suspicion/claim of hacking our data by these coaches who left us to join Liverpool. I’m sure I’ve not imagined this?

I'll be shocked if UEFA deliver that.

But if they are unable to prove these allegations, City themselves should make a clear statement explaining how UEFA have already examined these matters previously & how they have been pressed into doing so again, how the rules were changed to suit other clubs after City were fined & how taking money out of football seems to be preferrable to putting money into it.

We should have people in the media pushing the original argument; that this whole thing serves only.to help the 'established' clubs stifle competition & was introduced by such saints as Platini & Berlusconi working together.

The club has basically left us fans & Martin Samuel to make that argument, against the whole cartel & its media puppets.

We should fight this whole concept by any means possible rather than accepting it with a few words about 'a pinch' etc. It's not enough & never was.

Here's exactly what Ian Stafford just said (I watched it again).

'The eagles are hovering above the prey that is Man City from FIFA, from UEFA which is ironic, the FA and from the Premier League so you think that something's going to stick. And, and also they're coming at them from different angles, it's not as if there's one alleged crime that they've made, there's a whole plethora of crimes that City HAVE DONE so I think that something's going to come out of the wash pretty quickly.'

And he started saying it at precisely 11.51hrs and 59 secs.
