Exactly mate. That statement says it all for me.
We said that last time and got sanctioned, that's why fan's are concerned.
Any idea when that verdict is out ?
The court have promised to return their findings before the end of April, apparently.

Why are 12 PL clubs writing to the FA This is UEFA investigating a matter that is only relevant to their competitions?
Dupont is working on this case since 2013 (https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/21958992), I guess we can't expect quick results.
But City aren't against FFP, they just want to be treated as members of the elite group.
The case was finally heard on it merits in the Belgium courts in February (the ECJ eventually said they where capable of hearing it hence the long drawn out process) A verdict is expected before the end of April. If its won in then theory the FFP element of any investigation becomes null and void.
Just in time to ban us and let United through to the final on a bye.
That case is about whether or not FFP itself is lawful, nothing to do with any alleged breaches that we may or may not have made.
