I mean I don't like it either but Ferrari do bring the most viewers to the sport so I'm not too surprised just like Liverpool got more TV money than us.
That's hardly rigging it
That's a rag mindset mate. How about a fair competition.

Maybe your comprehension needs some work but I did say I don't like itThat's a rag mindset mate. How about a fair competition.
Your logic is absolutely mindboggling. The season is already done, even this early.
Them helping Ferrari to a token win(which was still 50/50) means fuckall.
They will wait until there's constructor and driver's titles on the line.

Lewis is well respected and will go down as an all time great, he's going to be a six time world champion just one short of schumiReminds me a bit like City does our Lewis, Clearly one of, if not, the greatest driver ever to have got behind the wheel.
Gets absolutely nowhere fuckin near the credit he deserves. He's just had a crowd booing him on the podium when he should of been celebrating, walked off disappointed.
In fact he's just said he feels deflated.
Bet they update it next year mate :-)Lewis is well respected and will go down as an all time great, he's going to be a six time world champion just one short of schumi
And I wouldn't put it past him to go and get 8 with his current car as well
You're right he'll have the best car again next year, Mercedes are the best outfit by a distanceBet they update it next year mate :-)
Interesting that Lewis wasn't penalised for this. There really isn't a great amount of consistency from the stewards
Lmaoconsistently favouring lh/m.b. doesnt count? :)
Think you have to ask was it deliberate?I was once at a Grand Prix, watching from up on a hill. Österreichring, as it happens. I was a bit bored, so I went down and got as close to the track behind the fence as I could. It so happens it was at the end of a straight. Only when you're down there do you get some inkling (and it's only an inkling) of just how terrifyingly fast those vehicles are going, and how tiny the margin for error is.
It's hard on Vettel, but it was dangerous. Racers gonna race. I understand that. But ask yourself this: if Lewis Hamilton were dead this morning — or Sebastian Vettel, or both — would there be any kind of debate about the irresponsibility of Vettel's manœuvre?
I'd say the same thing if it were Lewis, or any other driver.
I think a driver losing the backend by accident is not irresponsible mate, he's still human.Honestly, at that level, where it is literally a matter of life and death, if it was due to a lapse in attention or concentration on Seb's part, then it's just as irresponsible. I'm not defending Lewis at all costs. I actually think he can be a bit of a cock at times. But that's neither here nor there. In motor racing, as in no other sport (except perhaps mountaineering or ocean going racing, neither of which I know anything about, not that I know a lot about F1), it is, as I say, a question of life or death.
Anyway, we move on. I don't think Ferrari can live with Mercedes anyway, at present.

Funnily enough I'm not racing at over 200mph throwing my car into every corner for a world championship on my way to work.If you said that to the police after an accident what would he say? He lost control.
The FIA stewards have privy to the cars accelerator/brake/steering positions.
If you run off, you brake, regain control and re-enter the track.
However, if you want to keep your position, you keep your foot to the floor, waggle the car a bit and block the other driver.
Assuming he didn't do the above, then he still maintained a position after completely leaving the track, and then blocking another driver. How many times have we seen a driver having to give a position back after cutting a corner.
He could have caused a serious accident. I think a five second penalty is pretty lenient.
As for the theatricals afterwards......what a prick.
