This move makes no sense for us. We don’t need him...

The only reason I can think of why we might be in for a forward is if we're expecting a transfer ban at some point and the club are worried about a possible scenario where we go into a season with Jesus as our only striker, so we buy in advance. I can't see it though, we'll have reached the limit for foreign players once we've signed Rodri.
