I don't agree with your type of number crunching.

We gave away a very good player and 30 million and so far have no return, not a good deal to me.

I'm not saying it was a good or a bad deal, I'm just saying it didn't cost 60m. If I want to trade my watch for yours and you say, "well mine is worth a little more, throw in $10 and you have a deal", the deal cost me $10 because what I now own is worth what I gave away plus the money I threw in.

Hope we have a plan to replace Otamendi with the best we can , if as is more likely it’s the summer then hope we wait and don’t panic buy. Doubt we can move anyone on to make room anyway this month.

I think those who argued we needed to strengthen at centre back and left back have been proven correct. I’d be looking at Chilwell and Ake, both experienced proven performers. Won’t be popular signings, but I reckon they solve our two problem areas overnight.

Because he is lazy. I sit next to the home dugout and watch the subs warm-up before each match. Cancelo can't be arsed. All the other players get involved with what the trainer is doing he doesn't put half the effort in.

Tactics more than anything, we isolated him with KDB and Mahrez ro mark.
