Amazing, in the light of that, that they showed no interest in enforcing their own rule. Perhaps hacking another club is not considered serious.

Should have been a points deduction at the time. You do wonder whether the PL put pressure on to protect the brand.

what makes you think they wont face ANY sanctions ? City might take UEFA to court for lost of earns etc

We might sue them. More than likely we won't.
However, i meant there is nothing in place to stop them making false charges. They don't seem to answer to any government body.
The only threat to them is the cost of a lengthy claim afterwards. It shouldn't be up to us to regulate their behaviour. There needs to be something in place that prevents sanctions being given without passing certain criterias first. Like going before a truly independent legal panel before punishments are given out.
This case has proven that the press are delighting in the fact that we are guilty until proven innocent.
It should have been, we are charged. We either accept or deny the charges. If we accept, the punishment is declared and we can appeal the punishment.
If we deny, then it should automatically go into an independent process, that looks at boths sides fully, and rules if they have a genuine "legal" case.
Then all this bollocks could start etc.

As it is, nobody (like CAS) can do anything until they give their verdict. By then, some damage is already done.

One might have wished for a more openly supportive piece. He doesn't mention the corrupt change of rules which led to our first FFP sanction nor the US investigation cited by PB showing our sponsors' support was not from SM.
The change of rule is in there.

So basically, they found us guilty because the "wanted" to find us guilty.
They couldn't get the info they (and other interested parties) wanted, so stated we didn't cooperate.
Penalise us knowing we would have to release sensitive information for our defence.
Whatever happens they know full well it damages us now and in the future.
This all in the knowledge that when we are cleared of any wrongdoing, they won't face ANY sanctions.
Seems like a fair system...

One question, how do you prove beyond doubt the hacked emails are genuine and unedited to use in an enquiry or court case?
Having been tried in a kangaroo court and sanction

I am told that the dippers hacked into our e-mails (club and private).
Not only that, but they tapped into private phone calls.
Above all that, they were the ones who disclosed the content (probably taken out of context), to UEFA.
I am told...
